E-Contract discount not applied?

Hi all

I ordered Virgin broadband and phone at £25 a month, (normally £32)

Had my e-contract come through but says it's £32 a month. Spoke to Virgin and they said the discount needs to be approved by a manager

Should i just not sign the e contract? I have an account number and an installation date, I'm really confused about it
