Don't you just love waiting in for an engineer that doesn't turn up

Why do these companies think it's okay to not bother turning up for booked appointments. Probably because it was a Friday afternoon. It's annoying enough that you can't speak to anyone and have to wait for an engineer to visit when you know the problem is not at the house but out in the road. Had to now book another engineer for next week so no phone all weekend.

And before anyone comes on asking me to this or that I'm an ex BT engineer with 39 years experience. Everything here has been tested.

HI Luiscipher

I'm so sorry to learn about this, I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look at this.

I can see that a member of the team has been out since your last post so I hope that means your telephone line is working as it should? If not, get in touch and I'll do everything I can to help.

Look forward to hearing from you,

Craig
