Don't need phone line

Ever since I upgraded my broadband, I specifically asked for broadband only but I was convinced to take the package for TV and broadband as it would be cheaper in the long run but from what I see I am being charged not only for broadband and TV but I am also being charged for a phone line which I specifically asked not to have and now that the discount has run out I am paying £50 a month for broadband which I use on a daily basis, TV that I do not use at all and phone line which I thought was disconnected.  Please contact me as soon as possible as I considering other options.

I would suggest phoning Retentions who are a UK based team and try to renegotiate your package with them.   150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select the prompts  1  >  4  >  5  to 'Thinking of leaving us'.
