After an engineer visited today, who discovered a damaged phone line, he advised diverting the number to a mobile so we can receive calls. How do I do that? ? I can't find it anywhere on the app or website. Thanks!
Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forum, and say that I'm really sorry to hear that your phone line wasn't able to be resolved by the technician who called out last week.
With regards to having all calls diverted to a mobile, this can be done, however we'd need you to call in to our fault centre in order to pass additional security. You can call us on 150 from another Virgin Media line (or a Virgin Media Mobile) or 0345 454 1111 from any other line.
