Divert Calls on no answer

Hi 

 

I need to divert my calls.  I know the code to divert immediately but I want to set up so if the call is unanswered after a certain number of rings it will then divert to a number of my choice.

 

Please can someone tell me if this is possible.

 

My postcode is CB25

Hi Mash2,

 

Welcome to the community Smiley Happy  I can certainly help you with getting Call Divert setup on no answer.

 

You can setup Call Divert so that calls are diverted on 'no answer' by following these steps:

 

To divert calls on 'no answer': ✱ 61 ✱ diverted number (inc STD code) #

 

To cancel Call Divert: # 61 #

 

To check if it's on or off: ✱ # 61 #

Mmm. Tried that but didn't work. Just got a long tone as if I had dialled wrongly. I do have call divert activated and can divert all calls instantly but not on no answer

Please can you look into this for me

I'm sorry that this hasn't worked.  I have just checked and I can see that this wasn't provisioned correctly.  This has now been amended for you.

I tried again but when I dial the *61* I get a constant tone, not the interrupted dial tone I get when applying the normal divert.  Whats happening?!

At the moment when I dial * # 61 # i just get an single tone.  As if I have dialled wrong
