NOT happy ! Virgin have disconnected my landline and I'm disabled . I've paid the bill 10 days late because I've had to wait for 5 weeks before getting money as was paid a week early before Christmas ! I've got up this morning and paid the bill then rung my dr's to make an appointment - no landline !!! Absolutely furious !!! Now, I have missed the slot for making a gp appointment for today !! Well done Virgin !! No warning - nothing !!
