Mum was a Virgin landline customer. She sadly died last week. I have cancelled the direct debit from her account. I called your helpline yesterday to let you know, but you are unable to close the account. This is because the account was set up in my Dad's name, with a password, some years ago. Dad now has dementia, no longer at the address, and is unable to close the account himself. All i want to do is close the account. Hosw hard can that be? This has been a distressing experience at a difficult time. Please help.
