I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and I can see an issue with the network in your area - Ref.(F005028733). Our technicians are working to get this resolved as soon as possible and should have it back up and running within the next few hours.

I have the same problem, ten days with a dead phone. I have given

up on mobile phones so have no means (other than this) to acquaint

Virgin Media with my problem.

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

The line is showing blocked and I'm unable to find any faults in the area which could be causing this so can I just confirm whether you have tried a different handset in the Virgin socket?
