Dead Phone

Please tell me what I need to do to report a dead phone line as I cannot phone as the line is dead!

If you have a mobile phone you can call VM up on 0345 454 1111

Welcome and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear you're phone line is dead.

 

Looks like you may have already been in contact with us. It appears there is a phone line fault in your area currently on the fault reference F004283560. Our engineers are working to get this resolved and are hopeful it will be fixed at some point later today but this may get delayed.
