My landline has been dead (no dialling tone, unable to make or receive calls) since 14th February. My broadband and TV are both fine.
I've tried another phone on the line and also tried my existing phone on another line. It's obviously the line itself that's the problem.
Is there anything else I can try or will I need to book an engineer? Also can I book one online as obviously I can't call 150 from my landline and would prefer not to pay for a call from my mobile?

I have run a test on the line to eliminate any fault in the area which could be causing this so what I would like to do next is to arrange for a technician to visit your property.
