Hi, reported that the phone is not accepting calls on Tuesday, told it would be 3 hours to sort. Still not working yesterday so rang again, told it would be working by 3pm. Still not working this morning. This is the phone of a 90 year old lady on her own and this is her only means of contact, unless she ring us we have no means of making sure all is well and this is causing her and us great concern!
