Data question

I'm still green with computer stuff.

When on my assurance cell phone to iF I'm NOT able to connect to my WiFi cause of cable company. & I want to check emails & I have to use my Data, will I be using my free data to do so ? Thanks

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with getting your mobile to connect to your WiFi.

If you are using your mobile data to connect to the internet, this will be taken from your monthly allowance.

If you are using Virgin Media broadband and having a problem connecting your mobile to the WiFi, please let us know so that we can look into what's causing the problem.
