We've had no landline for 3 weeks and the VM engineer advised us on Saturday that the fault is with the cabling outside in the street. I know this is no fault of VM, but we are paying for a service that we're not receiving. I've had an online chat with someone this morning who has advised that we should receive a credit for loss of service and to chat with someone from the technical team. Typically, all of the agents are busy and have been since 8am this morning. Any idea when we should receive this credit and how much it should be please?
