Could you please rearrange the engineer, who's Virgin booked in via text for Saturday, as it's my sons's birthday and instead arrange for the rewiring to be done on Thursday the 6th of April?

You can do this yourself, login to the "my account" section, and there's an option for "My engineer appointments"
I just wanted to let you know that I've responded to your private message regarding this subject and the appointment has been rearranged.
Unfortunately the appointment wouldn't show in your my account section as it's a line pull and not a standard appointment, for any future appointments though, japitts advice is correct
