I activated my Virgin account in April 2016 but have never used the landline phone.
Yesterday I bought a new phone for the landline connection, plugged it in after charging it up and I don't have any dialing tone, instead I get a constant engaged tone when I try to make a call.
TV and broadband are all ok so not sure what the problem is, can you help?

Really sorry to hear you're having landline trouble.
I've checked the network and I can't see anything on this end causing problems. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
