Christmas Eve; phone line dead

Just got up this morning to find that our phone line is dead. Looking at the 'Service Status Page' for our area (York — area reference 22), there's apparently no problem. I have been running the 'two-minute service check' for about 15 minutes so far and it's stuck on 99%.

Any ideas?!

(Internet and TV are both functioning)

Re: Christmas Eve; phone line dead

Hi namke,

Thanks for posting!

I'm really sorry to hear your landline is down, not the best time!

I've checked with our network team and it's looking like a network issue. Our team is getting it sent over at the moment and I'll get in touch with you as soon as I get more information.

Speak soon Smiley Very Happy

Re: Christmas Eve; phone line dead

Hi namke,

It looks like the area fault causing a problem with your phone service was fixed the same day by our engineers. Is your line working for you now?

Please let us know.

Kind regards,

Terri
