We have signed a new Virgin contract and now our phone does not work. It says "Check Phone Line", I can dial numbers but there is no answer, and I can't even get through to Virgin for help. Can you help please as we are unable to make or take calls.
Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your service at the moment.
I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the line and we're detecting problems with it from our end, as a result I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
