Check phone line. / phone line not working

Having problems with the phone line, internet is working ok. Done online test and saying all is ok. No phone for 3 days now, I'm assuming virgin won't be billing me for like rental for all the time I don't have a house phone.

Hi, it may take a while but hopefully a member of the Forum Team will pick this up and arrange for an engineer to check this out for you.

Sorry to hear about the fault experienced.

 

I've checked the line state from this end and I'm unable to detect any obvious cause for this at the moment.

 

Have you tried disconnecting/reconnecting the handset or tried different equipment at all?

Hi Nat

Yes I have disconnected and reconnected the handset and tried a different handset but still it isn't working.
