still not sure my account has properly been sorted and after a lengthly call to customer services have said I will phone the next Tuesday.
Firstly, this is the most un-user friendly site ever..
secondly, you a counts department have a weird way of doing things. When a credit is applied it should br against the invoices concerned. It is impossible to really know what is going on with you account until the next month's bill arrives.
thirdly, Virgin's policy of charging a £99 call out charge is disgraceful and I am taking it up with Ofcom.
