I had an engineer connect my phone on the 3rd December but there are calls on my bill from 24th November -2nd December which I can't possibly have made totalling over fifteen pounds. Of course I don't want to pay for something I didn't use.
Welcome to the Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear that you have been charged for calls you haven't made. We certainly need to look into this for you.
