Ever since 24/2/17 I am suddenly being charged to calls to Virgin Mobile which are part of my package.
I contacted VM by chat and phone only to be told I would have to wait for the bill to be generated! Surely someone at VM could explain why all of a sudden this has happened!

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've received unexpected call charges.
We’ve identified an issue that’s caused, in some instances, some of our Cable customers to be incorrectly billed on their home phone for calls to Virgin Mobile numbers.
Anyone affected by this will be reimbursed as soon as possible automatically.
If no refund is issued then the charges would be correct on the bill.
