Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm so sorry your SmartCall app isn't registering the correct phone package for you. I'll definitely be able to put this right for you.
I've managed to locate your account to check this. I've reset the problem this end for you so that should be the end of that.
At this stage I'd need you to open the app and check. You may need to open and close it so it updates. Worst case scenario you'd need to install the app again. You should now be able to use the benefits of the app now.
