It has been over a week without me being able to make calls on my landline or receive calls. If I ring the number from my mobile my mobile has a ring tone but the home phone does not ring. When I try to ring anyone the line is dead.
I'm very sorry to learn about the problems with your telephone service, it's not the service we want you to experience at all.
