Cancelling contract

Is it me but I find it hard to find any info about cancelling my contract & then when I do get a phone number (no email) it has a 15 minute wait. Wonder if there is a 15 minute wait to open a Virgin account?

You will need to speak with our Customer Retentions team in order to discuss cancelling your contract with us.
