Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your landline.
I've run diagnostics on your line and everything is showing clear on the network. Are you able to try another handset in the socket? This is just to rule out the handset as the cause of the fault.

I'd keep your expectations low if I were you. I gave up on ever getting a phone after hours on my (mobile) phone to tech support and several visits failed to connect me.
