Hi! Had Virgin since 5th December and not actually used the house phone until we await a call from the in laws in france. We can call out from the phone but we can't recieve any incoming calls, has anyone else experienced this or have a solution?
One other thing that you can check is that you are still connected to your telephone number and not somebody else's. Dial 174 and an automated voice should tell you what your number is ... if it's not the one you were expecting it's a fair bet that an engineer has plugged you into a neighbour's or an unconnected port in the street cabinet.
