Caller display not working

I've had caller display for many years but in the past few days it's become intermittent and now only shows "incoming call"

I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your Caller Display service recently.

 

I've located your account to take a closer look at this and we're not detecting any errors from our end, I can also see you've given our team a call and there has been some action made regarding this issue, I hope that means that things are working as they should?

Yes thank you, it appears to be back to normal now again this morning.

The support guy I managed to speak to in Wales was very helpful.

I'm sorry for the continued problems you're experiencing with your Caller Display service, I've located your account to take another look at this from our end and there are no issues being detected.

 

As the tests are in real time, if you're still experiencing the issue at the time of reading this message, let me know and I'll escalate this to our back office team for full investigation from the switch level for you.
