Caller ID

Hi All,

 

We recently bought a BT8500 call guardian phone and asked for caller id to be activated.

 

However all calls are going to the announce and no number is displayed.

 

Please can someone check to see if this is active for the account.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing at the moment, in order to check what features are active on your account and/or activate the features I'd need to ask you to give our team a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other.
