Caller ID - not working

I signed up for the caller ID service a couple of days ago and was told it would be activated within 24 hours.  My phones are still showing "external caller" when the phone rings.  I am using a Siemens DP450 (ex Tesco) base unit with 2 handsets which should be compatible.

Can someone see if it is activated on my account (how do I show my account details)?

Hello MrRimmer,

 

Thanks for posting about this on the community.

 

I have located your account and unfortunately this feature has not been activated so you may need to request the Caller Display again. I'm very sorry that this has happened and don't worry you haven't been charged for this feature.

 

You can call us free on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and one of the team will be able to add this on for you.

 

If there's anything else I can help you with then just let me know.
