Hi I have recently brought a BT 8500 phone with call blocker. I know I need I need caller id turned on by Virgin media which they told me would be done 2 days but I still can't see caller id when someone calls in. Any help much appreciated

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your caller ID.
I've run some checks on our network and there seems to be a fault there. I'll need to book a technician to take a look at this for you.
