Caller ID has suddenly stopped working

I'm a new customer to Virgin. Called ID has worked fine for the first six or seven weeks, but has suddenly stopped working. Any ideas?

Hello mroberts,

It's not showing that you subscribe to this feature but you can get this added by giving our customer service team a ring on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
