Re: Call charges on landline

Yes they are:

http://ask.ofcom.org.uk/help/telephone/03number

Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.

These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone

So, I should not be billed extra for calls to 03 numbers made from my landline ?

As long as you direct dial and don't go over 60 minutes, then no. These are the same rules as for 01 and 02 numbers.

If you use a service such as Ring Back When Free, or go over 60 minutes you could still be charged.
