Landline not working, got an engineer coming out on Monday but need the calls to be diverted to my Virgin mobile.
Just called Virgin and they said that I need to type in a code into my home phone but as it doesn't work, which is why I want the call divert in the first place, it apparently cannot be done. Can't this be done at their end and divert it to my mobile?
What am I meant to do? My home phone has no dial tone, won't make calls and won't receive them.
This is something you would need to discuss with one of our team on 150 from a Virgin landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone because if they're able to do this for you then they would need to go complete certain security checks that we're unable to go through over the forums.
