Sorry if this has been asked 1000 times but I've searched and couldn't find a helpful answer anywhere.
I have read here that to do call barring one does it "from your account page" but going to 'My Account' in My Virgin Media shows NOTHING that looks even remotely like doing anything with my phone service.
Call Barring does not stop incoming calls. It prevents YOU from making certain types of call (eg Premium rate or International). If you want to block incoming calls you need 3rd party equipment/services to do this.
