allegedly I've got an appointment with a technician to repair my phone between 12 and 4 tomorrow. BUT while I was told it was booked and I'd been sent a confirmation e-mail, no e-mail, no reference to it anywhere in my account status. Shall I just assume it's not going to happen and just start looking for another phone providers?
