My phone line has been dead since Tuesday. I am fed up paying for no line and thinking of moving to Sky
Consider yourself lucky. Mines been dead since mid November, mind you those nice people at Virgin are coming to fix it at the beginning of Feb - that's what I call service (not!).
I'm leaving them too.
