My phone line has been dead.. No ringing, for a few days now. I checked it wasn't my phone by Trying another phone. Also checked for faults using the virgin troubleshooting and says no fault found. Need to have this sorted ASAP please!!

I'd also like to thank you for letting me know that you've eliminated the phone from being at fault here as this helps. Testing on the line has not found any network issues, so I'd like to look into booking a technician to call out and investigate further for you.
