I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your telephone line.
I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the line from our end and we're not detecting any active problems in your area at the moment. I've also tested your individual line and we're not detecting any issues right now.
I hope this means that your phone is working as it should? If not, get back to me and we'll get this escalated. We'd just need to test your handset, by trying it on another line, or another handset on your line to ensure that's not causing the issue.
