150 Call Options do not connect

I am calling 150 to contact customer service but on pressing option '1' there is no connection, and is then going to engaged tone when '1' pressed again. The line test was fine, but not sure if this could be a phone fault. Anyone having similar trouble contacting VM?

I'm sorry to hear about this, I've tried calling 150 and I'm not hearing an engaged tone after pressing the first option 1. 


Is this still happening today? If so, could you respond to the private message I've sent with the requested information so I can report this properly?
