My phone was off for a week the engineer has been out and sorted it but now no 1471?

And the simplest way to sort this out is to phone VM free on 150 and ask them to reactivate 1471. Quicker than waiting here for a Forum Team member to pick this up. Takes about a week for that.

There is no need to repost your issues more then once. You post was moved to this board by another SU and i have thus removed the duplicate post you made. 

Please keep it to one post per issue. If you post in the wrong board don't worry as one of the Mods or Superusers will move it to the correct place for you.

 it was off for awhile and I got used to being unable to use phone I've rang them now thanks
