Only joined Virgin last week - now find landline does not recognise 141 and printer won't connect to hub. Anyone out there able to help?
Welcome to the Community, I'm so sorry to learn about the problems with your new services at the moment, let's see if we can get it sorted!
The problems with your landline, are you having issues dialling out using the 141 prefix or are you having issues receiving calls from withheld numbers?
I'd also recommend creating a thread in our broadband boards with as much information as possible about your printer so the community can get to work on helping you with that situation
