141 doesn't work on my landline and voicemail doesn't work on my mobile.

I'm self-employed so it is important that customers can leave messages for me. I've recently discovered that voicemail messages on my Virgin mobile aren't recorded and 141 on my Virgin landline doesn't work so customers are phoning me back on my home phone.

I've been with Virgin Media for years but am disgruntled. My phone numbers are ************* (Virgin Media), **************.

Can you set up 141 on my landline and voicemail on my mobile?

I have located your account and I can see the 141 feature is active so could you tell me what happens when you try to use it please?
