Today our landline phone rings but we cannot answer.
I then took my phone to a neighbours house and tested it, all was O.K. (on B.T.)
I then tried their phone in my house and the problem was still there, so now I know it is a line fault.
Contacted Virgin via mobile and after pressing about 30 buttons I was connected to someone in India who then an engineer can come in 10 DAYS time !!!!!!
I was thinking about changing supplier a couple of months ago but this has now put the nail in the coffin.

I also rang VM today as I have no incoming calls on my landline. Got someone in India said it will be 10 days until an engineer can come out to me.
Maybe you can let me know when there is a cancellation.
