0800 numbers on my telephone deal

I requested 0800 numbers on my telephone deal and still not stated on contract details. But you stated 01.02.03 and 0970 numbers in an email sent to me.

Re: 0800 numbers on my telephone deal

Hi Sikrajsidhu

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your service recently.

I'm not 100% sure on what you're asking, are you not able to dial these numbers? As 0800 are generally free from a landline. For any package specific queries, if they are regarding your individual account, I'd recommend giving our team a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other.

Look forward to hearing from you

Craig

Under OFCOM rules all 0800 & 0808 numbers must be free of charge to the caller whatever provider they are with & whatever type of phone (landline, mobile or VoIP) is used. As a result these are not shown as included as by default they are non-chargeable by the telecoms regulator.
