why do i have keep proving i am not a robot on my emails

Each time i log onto my emails i have to prove  i am not a robot

That alone was bad enough but the addition 2 step after it are a PIA where you have to click on pictures and match them up.

I have been getting the "I'm not a robot" message and the captcha pictures EVERY TIME I log in for the past few days (I'm using a PC browser). Surely, that can't be right. When will it ever stop?

I am using Firefox 42.0. i still have to prove I'm not a robot most times I log in - sometimes with Captcha, sometimes not. I do not believe the system can be working properly if I get the robot message nearly every time. I try to stay logged in all day but it's not always possible.

Are you able to try and log in using Google chrome to see if you get the same message when signing in?

I haven't got Google Chrome, but it's nothing to do with what browser is used. Shelke, a superuser (and fellow sufferer) has done extensive research on this and reported many times on the forum that the robot security feature has been deliberately re-introduced and is easily triggered by the most innocent of actions.

Eg on one recent thread Shelke said "It is not a fault. It was deliberately added back. It has three easy triggers which can be done in any combination over an unforgiving time frame - that would trigger it to affect your connection for a minimum of 24 hours". so it's deliberately been introduced as a standard feature, despite endless complaints in this forum. It is not believable to pretend it's a fault or anything to do with browsers. Will Virgin reconsider this policy? That is what we all want to know.
