I am getting error in connection message on calling voice mailbox.
What is the correct format for the number as I would like to check it.

I've included a link here to our voicemail help pages which will explain how to obtain your voicemails.
If you get further difficulties I would check voice mail is active in your account.
Click plan and device
Click manage services tab
Move the voicemail slider to on/off
Click update (green successfully updated message appears)
Check again in 24hrs
