Tried the 222 number needed to start getting voicemail and was asked to enter my pin number. which I do not have and never have had although I have had this virgin line around 3 years ? ?

Sorry to hear you've had some issues setting up your Voicemail.
If it's asking for a PIN rather than asking you to set one up, you will have set up a PIN in the past.
Don't worry if you're not sure of the PIN though, you can get this reset by speaking with the team on 789 / 0345 600 0789 or we can get this reset for you.
