I have just switched from O2 to Virgin and I can't get my voicemail to work. It seems to be set up, but when I don't answer a call it just keeps ringing it doesn't go to voicemail. I have followed the instructions on the website. If I dial 222 it just tells me I have no voicemail messages and asks me to set up a PIN etc. I have an Iphone 5 if that makes a difference.
