Just had my number ported from EE to my new vm plan today. I cant get voicemail activated.
When I try ringing the number it eventually gives a message about a problem. If I ring 222 from the phone it says 'sorry not available'.
Is it because things may still be transferring across after the port still?
I had bother when I first Ported, the port hadn't been fully sorted at both sides.
Then Customer services turned my voicemail service off and them back on and then it was all good.
Try ringing 789 and get them to check the situation with your port ?!
