Have removed sim card and battery but still no service. Is this a local problem in Plymouth?

Sorry to hear you're having difficulties with signal in your area.
It does appear we may have had a fault in your area as some PL postcodes were flagged to us. The fault has since been cleared as resolved.
How is the signal for you at the moment? If you are still experiencing issues try another reboot of the phone by removing the battery while the phone is turned on.
